Its been 22 hours since the 2007 countdown. Re-living my countdown moment, last nite I was at 'Laundry', the Curve Damansara. Its a restaurant with outdoor tables. There were 8 and maybe more than 1000 of us at the place. The restaurant was ok. No, that was lying. Honestly, all is not ok. The food is overexpensive and taste sucks. One of my fren claims that she can cook pasta better than the place, and I really think that she was saying the truth.

Anyway, the place serve 3 course meal, appetiser (cheese baked some seafood) which is the niceset dish of all the food they serve, the main course is a choice of a normal seafood tomato paste linguine and a cold 3 piece chicken pasta (which most of us unable to swallow), and the last one is the dissert, which is ruined my an early attack of foam spray. All that cost us RM60+++/per person. All the 3 course meal was being served in a total of 3 hours (1 hour each dish) which took us 5 minutes to wack up the plate.

Nevertheless, it was the company that we all (or only me) looking for. I think most of us need somebody special to pass thru the special moment. All the frens (or shuld I say my bf's frens) are honestly very fun and easy to be with. Just imagine being with 6 otherperson whom you just meet for 2 times and speak different language with you for 5 hours that nite. I managed to pass the nite without even think the magic sentence 'what am I doing here?' hahaha... which is a very good progress in my social life.

Countdown was passed with lots of wistles, trumpets, and sprays. A long (10 minutes) fireworks, the reason for us going to the restaurant in the first place, was nicely done and it do made us feel that the whole things (long waiting and the food as mentioned above) worth it. Anyway, lots of laugh and hugs and kisses, and not forgeting photos later we went back, and went for local tradition of 'yum cha' afterwards.

Ok, that for my countdown nite. Just want to wish for a very happy and wonderful year ahead for me and for everyone!! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007
